About Us

Smash & Sear is bringing bold flavour to Brixton Hill. We're all about doing the classics justice, from our signature smash burgers and crispy fried chicken wings to grilled chicken and loaded fries that hit different every time. No shortcuts, no fuss, just seriously good halal food made with care.


Our Ethos


At Smash & Sear, every item on our menu earns its place. Our smash burgers are made with 100% halal grass fed Angus beef, pressed hard and cooked hot for that perfect crust and juicy centre. Our chicken is halal, sourced fresh and prepared daily, whether it's grilled, fried or tossed in sauce. Our loaded fries are a whole experience in themselves. Everything we make is crafted to give you maximum flavour in every bite. SW2 deserves nothing less.
